Terms of Use
1. Purpose
BuzBuyz Publisher is a private internal application of BuyBuyz Studio. Its purpose is to upload and schedule the company's own videos to the company's own YouTube channels through the YouTube Data API.
2. Authorized users only
The application is for BuyBuyz Studio staff only. It is not offered to the public, and no one else may use it.
3. Authorization
The application accesses a YouTube channel only through Google OAuth, after the channel's owner has given consent on the Google consent screen. Details of the information involved are in the Privacy Policy.
4. Content ownership
All content and music uploaded with the application is owned by BuyBuyz Studio. Users must upload only content that BuyBuyz Studio owns or has the right to publish.
5. YouTube terms and policies
By using BuzBuyz Publisher, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Users must also comply with the YouTube Community Guidelines. The application uses YouTube API Services.
6. No warranty
The application is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any upload will succeed.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, BuyBuyz Studio is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of the application, including loss of data, views or revenue.
8. Termination and revocation
We may end anyone's access to the application at any time. A channel owner may revoke the application's access to a Google account at any time on the Google security settings page.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they were last changed. Changes take effect when they are posted on this page.
